To open a PDF file (and more importantly, to edit an editable file) the best program to use is Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is a free for download here.
To open a ZIP file, you will need a zip extractor. Many desktop computers have zip extractors already installed. If you find you need a zip extractor, you can find many free options for whatever device you are using.

Download issues may occur due to unreliable network connections or a browser connection that may disrupt your download. If you see an error message about the network connection, just refresh and try again. This generally fixes the issue. If not, try clearing your cache.
If you’re trying to download on a school computer, it’s important to note that some schools restrict downloading. Instead of downloading at school you may have to download at home. You could put the download on a USB drive, in your Google Drive or email it to yourself to get the access at school.
Purchases cannot be emailed as the files are too large.
Large files vary in how long they take to download, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection. So, please make sure that the file you are trying to open is completely downloaded. Bundles in particular often consist of large ZIP files that may take longer to download.
If you’re using a school computer, please contact a network administrator for help with opening files.
If your file has finished downloading, but still won’t open, keep reading.
- If your file is a PDF, it’s best to open using Adobe Reader. Don’t have Adobe Reader? It is free to download here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
- If your file is a ZIP file, you will need a zip extractor to open the zipped up file first, before you can access the PDF files inside.
** Please note that in most cases, you won’t be able to edit a PDF. If a resource is editable, that information will be communicated in the product description.
If you have tried the solutions above and you’re still unable to open the file, please contact us at Ashley@lovelycommotion.com
Note: Please consider avoiding negative ratings or comments if a file won’t open.

It is recommended that you open files in ADOBE READER. Adobe Reader is free for download here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
DO NOT try and print from the ‘preview’ window that opens up in your browser. Make sure you are right-clicking the file, choosing ‘open with’ and choosing ‘adobe reader’.
Printing from a computer or laptop is highly recommended. We do not offer support for printing from a phone or tablet
When printing from Adobe Reader, you can change the print settings under ‘Page Sizing and Handling’ to ‘Fit’ to keep the sides of page from being cut off when printing.
I LOVE my HP printer. It works great and is easy to use, but what I really love is the HP Instant Ink program!!!
With the HP Instant Ink program, your ink levels are automatically monitored and you are sent new cartridges before you run out – I know, right?! You can also choose a plan based on how much you print – and what you don’t use one month, can roll over to the next month!
Want to learn more? Use this link to get one month free for both you and me.
*Note: You must have an eligible HP printer to be a part of the Instant Ink program.
